PRIVATE ENTRANCE, 2 VERY SPACIOUS ROOMS at bottom of the house /off street parking. 1st rm :Living Room areaTV, Fireplace/ Heater Unit, Sofa, Mini frig/mini freezer Bar/Seats , Kitchen Table, MICROWAVE,TOASTER/AIR FRYER OVEN not a full kitchen (see pics) 2nd rm: 1 QUEEN SIZE BED, 1 TWIN BED , TV, Close chest ,Sofa, Fireplace-Heat Unit, Desk, Mini Beverage Frig, Private Bathroom/ Stall Shower Amenities: CABLE, WIFI, TREADMILL, , COFFEE MAKER / COFFEE & TEA, SHEETS, TOWELS, central air The space I have a very friendly home. You can expect very a friendly atmosphere and off street parking. A great space to stay when visiting West Chester University for sure the town it self. ALL LINENS AND TOWELS ARE PROFESSIONAL CLEANED AND MY HOME IS SANITIZED EACH VISIT ! Safety Lights through out to keep your Visit safe and comfortable! Sit back and relax and watch a movie on Netflix. Guest access You have a PRIVATE Entrance at the bottom of the driveway where you see your Welcome Bench. There are two very large rooms to enjoy in the lower level of my home. There is a common area out side in the backyard as well to enjoy on a nice Sunny Day :) Other things to note Check in time is after 2:30 pm and check out is by 10 am on your given day. ALSO WHEN PLACING FOOD ORDERS PLEASE SPECIFY TO USE THE BACK DOOR BENCH FOR TOUR ORDERS. CLEANING FEE WILL BE $50 PER STAY NO MORE THEN 3 PERSONS PER STAY ARE PERMITTED, UNLESS FIRST APPROVED BY DON . ** I AM DOING EVERYTHING TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE DURING YOUR STAY AS MY HOME IS YOURS. WITH THAT SAID THERE ARE NO LARGE GATHERINGS OR PARTIES PERMITTED AND IS STRICTLY ENFORCED** THIS IS ALSO AN AIR BNB RULE AS WELL. IF THIS RULE IS ABUSED YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.
