The space Very bright and spacious apartment with a large living room with sofa bed and glass on the the private garden. In the large living room there is a corner cooking with masonry kitchen and electric oven. The double bedroom has a four-poster bed 19th century and mezzanine with double sofa bed and rooftop view. A large bath with a corner tub and shower. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a private courtyard and garden. “Il Paradisino” is not only a place to stay: here you can have the unique experience of living in a family estate of the Renaissance, enjoying the organic products and the wine we produce ourselves, and if you want to try your hand at cooking you can also learn how to prepare our ancient family recipes. DELUXE bedroom Very nice and spacious double bedroom with double bed, private bathroom with shower. In the room there is also a table with chairs, refrigerator and kettle. Possibility of adding a third bed (bunk bed). “Il Paradisino” is located in Sesto Fiorentino, in a unique position: just 15 minutes by train from the historic center of Florence, a few steps from the Tuscan hills and a short distance from Chianti, Lucca, Pisa and the other wonders of Tuscany. If you want to go further, Rome, Venice and the Cinque Terre are all easily reachable during the day. We are fortunate to be served by an excellent public transport network, you can in fact enjoy your stay here even without the use of the car. Sesto Fiorentino has all the essential services for a small Italian town: excellent cafes, gourmet restaurants, traditional trattorias, banks, pharmacies and a medical clinic. The Villa is like an oasis, as soon as you enter the estate you will be transported to the Tuscan countryside and its rich rural past. We are just 20 minutes from Florence airport and a short distance from Bologna and Pisa airports. Guest access The entrance is independent from the external courtyard. The patio is private and furnished with tables and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners. The Villa is immersed in an agricultural context still active for many generations, we produce extra virgin olive oil, natural wine, vegetables and fruits of ancient varieties. We have a pool for our guests. During your stay We are always available for any assistance our guests may need. Other things to note We offer the possibility to book our breakfasts with the products of the countryside, prices vary from 15 to 24 euros depending on the type of breakfast. And to participate in dinners and cooking classes that we organize on a weekly basis. We offer discounted monthly prices (over 28 nights) but we specify that these prices do not include linen and utilities (electricity, gas, water) that will be calculated on demand by reading meters. Monthly prices include final cleaning, parking, use of swimming pool and wifi internet. Daily and weekly prices instead include all utilities, change of sheets and weekly cleaning (in case of stays longer than 7 nights) and change of towels every 3 days.
