(w/ a baby or toddler,) A toddler mattress is available on request. Free (40 amp 240volts) for your electric car 9pm-10am off peak hours. The guests will have access to their own driveway on the side of the house. They will also have their own private patio and private entrance to the unit. Parking is provided in your own private driveway. you can park on either side of the gate. Most people park on my property but on the outside of the gate. If you are traveling cross-country and you have all your belongings that you have ever owned in your car you can park on the inside of the gate. Also if you have an electric car like a Tesla or other you can park on the inside of the gate in order to use the electric charger that runs on 240 V. It is a very quite neighborhood all you can hear is birds chirping. If you have a question just shoot me a quick text. I can usually can get right back with you. About 20% of my guests actually wanna meet me or chat with me or Have a question how to use the TV remote or the air condition or a recommendation on activities in the area. Feel free to come over and chat with us. We love to chat!!! This is a very relaxing family neighborhood. You are only 30 min from Hollywood (when it is not rush hour) but yet you are a world away. You are also only 19 miles from Malibu. If shopping is your thing we are only 16 minutes from the world famous Camarillo outlet shopping center. Hopefully you already have a car but if not Uber and Lyft both work very well here. My wife’s mother, Delma, lives with us in the main part of the house and is always home and she is from Brazil and speaks Portuguese! She also speaks a little Spanish and a little English and is here to help you too. Also: Currently we are doing a major renovation to the backyard. You’re welcome to go back there it’s just full of dirt at the moment so my apologies to that. However perhaps you would like to run to the Lemon 🍋 trip and grab a couple. Go for it!!!
