Come stay in our family-friendly second floor apartment! We have lived here 22 years and want to share the experience of our lovely neighborhood and city with others. The space This spacious, sunny 2nd floor apartment is all yours. There are 2 bedrooms furnished with brand new queen beds. Additionally, there is futon in the living room that makes for a comfortable full-size bed. The kitchen has brand new large Breville toaster oven with convection, Breville microwave and a single induction burner. Plus pots and pans and kitchen utensils Note: there is no stove/oven range. The dining room table seats up to 6 people. In the bathroom you will find toiletries such as soap, shampoo and conditioner should you need them. Our family lives downstairs along with our friendly dog who may come visit you on the back porch. We do not allow parties and ask that guests keep noise level reasonable with quiet hours after 10pm. No loud music please Our home was built in the early 1900s with the original woodwork and oak and maple floors. Because of the age of the floors, they do tend to be creaky in certain areas of the house. We hope you find that charming! Guest access Everything in the unit is available for guests to use. There is also a 2nd floor back deck with a table and chairs for guests to use. Other things to note We are in a vibrant and diverse neighborhood and are on a moderately busy residential street. While there are no bars or nightclubs within earshot, you may hear the sounds of people out and about, buses driving by, car stereos, etc. - especially with windows open. The 2nd floor unit is a good distance away from the street noise, but we provide sound machines in each bedroom for your use.
