This 300-year old village house, Il Campanello, has been beautifully restored for your perfect holiday enjoyment. As well as all the modern amenities you need, you also enjoy tons of character, a quiet situation in the heart of the old village, slightly up the hill, away from traffic and crowds, and a stupendous lake view! It's just gorgeous. Please note: Due to the elevation and traffic-free location, it may not be suitable for people with limited mobility. The space Please note that the property does not have a designated parking space. On-street parking is at a premium in high season and the traffic along the main lake road can be intense. We strongly recommend that if you come in July and August, you use public transport and have a more relaxed holiday. When you enter, it feels like you have travelled back in time as you cross the stone floor. Go upstairs and everything is light and modern. There is a light and airy living room with integrated kitchen, two bathrooms, each with toilet, shower, bidet and washbasin, and the large main bedroom with king bed. Upstairs again, in the attic space, there is a unique twin bedroom with windows and skylight. Children can feel like they are in a storybook. There is lots of hanging space and drawers for your stuff, so you can make yourself really at home. Guest access All areas of the house are accessible. You will find a couple of cupboards locked - these are for our personal possessions and use of the cleaner. But other than that, the place is all yours.
