The apartment is comfortably / fully equipped for a pleasant stay. The house is located on one of the highest points of the property, with stunning views of the sea and the landscape of Sintra. The house is ideal for couples. POOL IS IN THE COMMON AREA. SO OTHER GUESTS COULD SHARE IT WITH YOU, if both houses rented at the same dates. In the common areas of the property you will find the parking, a mature garden of 2300 mtrs sq, barbecue, panoramic terrace, yoga/meditation spot (by the fish fountain), outdoor living area and pool. Note that the towels, bed linen and touristic tax are included in the rental fee. Parking is available at location. Smoking inside is not allowed. Parties are not allowed. The owners live nearby. Guest access The guests house has a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (1,60 * 2,00 mtrs). The living / dining room has an open and spacious kitchen The apartment is comfortably / fully equipped for a pleasant stay. The house is located on one of the highest points of the village, with stunning views of the sea and the landscape of Sintra. The house is ideal for couples (plus a baby). Babies love the rooftop for practising to walk, and being introduced to the different textures, smells and sounds of the garden. Other things to note 1. The nearest supermarket and laundry self-service are in Colares. They open, every day, from 8h00 to 20h00. 2. Water comes from an old spring water at the property. A pump introduces the mineral water into the water system and distributes to all taps, swimming pool and tanks. Water not used it flows till the next property, and so on, till the little river of Colares. Natural water source cannot be locked. 3. Please, respect the little inhabitants of the guests garden. Do not destroy their nests/shelters/habitats. They live in perfect balance within our walls.
