Convenient drive to shopping, Mueller & Austin entertainment. The space The room is a medium size and very serene. The space offers a queen size bed , small closet and desk and chair. Although you have a private room, depending on availability the bathroom may be shared. Guest access Note: ** There are other guest rooms that are rented in the same house** All guests have access and use of all the common areas, like a: -Living room including a 42" flat screen TV with basic channels, amazon stick & DVD player. - Free Parking in front of the house (park on near 25 speed limit sign) -A bar area where you can stock wine and spirits -Breakfast bar area that typically includes complimentary snacks -Full kitchen with all modern appliances - Dining Area - Large Sofa During your stay We can have as much or as little interaction as desired. I am out of town and gone overnight quite a bit. I am a Texas native and have been in Austin for years (UT Grad - Go Horns!).
