The space Aktis Luxury Villa is a stone house of 2 floors,made to live and relax. It is the twin house of the brand new “Sunaktis luxury villa” that we also own. A home for you, elegant, spacious, beautiful that exudes the taste and passion of those who made it. . The ground floor consists of comfortable high ceilinged living room with wooden ceiling beams, comfortable sofas, fireplace, dinning room. The fully equipped kitchen is constitutes a real revelation with the comforts that offer you. On the same floor there are 2 bedrooms .The first has a double bed and the second have 2 single beds and a WC. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a smart TV, a private bathroom and a privacy veranda. Comfortable mattresses and bedding and high quality cotton linens, fluffy towels and bathrobes, slippers, personal care items and whatever needs a bathroom to make your stay more as comfortable as you can imagine. The outside area is enclosed by stone walls that ensure privacy and security. There is also a parking area in front of the house. At the courtyard of the house there is a barbecue under a cool pergola with an outdoor dining area that have access to lawn space with the palm trees. Also in the backyard there is private overflow swimming pool with the small built- in children's pool and the automatic lighting. Comfortable sunbeds, outdoor shower beside to the swimming pool complete your comfortable stay and promise you endless time of enjoyment and of tranquility in the natute.
