My place is just 30 minutes to Mt Bachelor, 3 miles to downtown Bend and 1 mile to the Old Mill. Great location for a ski trip, concerts at Les Schwab amphitheater and quick bike ride down to the river or over to Crux, Atlas, Immersion Brewing Co etc. Do you like Mt Biking? Ask me about providing a shuttle or tour for you and your friends for an extra fee! The space I live in the upstairs so you may hear me (or my dog Jerry) walking around but I am pretty quiet and keep reasonable hours. At 1000 sq ft the place is quite spacious. It is also very quiet and secluded. Feel free to relax on the small patio outside the master bedroom or in the hammock with whatever beverage you enjoy! If walking to Downtown is important for your trip, this probably isn't the place for you. However if you like biking places then you're in luck! There is also Uber here now! Guest access The space has a full kitchen with all the utensils, pots and pans needed. I provide a continental type breakfast you can make. This includes bagels (in the freezer), jellies, cream cheese and butter. There is also a variety of instant oatmeal packets and of course coffee and tea with little individual creamers! There is a tv that guests can use for streaming netflix, hulu, amazon prime etc....though there is no cable service. But there is microwave popcorn! Other things to note I can only allow one dog. Sorry, but I have had 2 and 3 guest dogs and it's just too much. Unless you are 1000% sure your pet doesn't bark/howl while left unattended, I prefer you don't leave them alone.
