Hidden Villa + River Cottage (2 min walk to beach)

Beautiful five bedroom sanctuary, 100 metres from the surf at Pantai Nelayan, the best part of Canggu. This combines our four bedroom "Hidden Villa" with our one bedroom "Hidden River Cottage". The space Finished with the highest quality materials and impeccably furnished, this unique, homely villa was cleverly designed with all rooms opening out to the private, tropical garden and pool where the only thing you can hear is the sound of the surf. A totally self-contained, two-level Hidden River Cottage, with its own plunge pool, garden, kitchenette, spacious living area and bathroom adjoins Hidden Villa. The cottage can either be rented separately as a 1-bedroom sanctuary or together with Hidden Villa as a beautiful five-bedroom home away from home. If you only need 4 bedrooms, we would suggest you only rent Hidden Villa (please see our other listings under Shinta's profile). Guest access Guests have complete, exclusive access to the whole villa comprising the spacious bedrooms with beautiful en-suite bathrooms. The rooms all face out to the tropical gardens and pool. There are homely indoor and outdoor living areas and a lovely semi-open kitchen. Two convenient outdoor showers are at the villa to wash the sand off when coming back from a surf, swim or stroll at the beach. Guests have exclusive access to Hidden Villa and the adjoining Cottage, including the garden and pool as well as the upstairs and downstairs living and dining areas. The Villa and Cottage combined are ideal for larger parties of up to 10 guests who may need all five, spacious en-suite bedrooms (including the cottage). Other things to note Hidden Villa & Hidden River Cottage is a great place for couples and groups of friends but is also an ideal haven for active families. We have high chairs and cots in the villa as well as various board games and toys for the children. There is also a stroller for babies/toddlers and inflateables for the pool. There is a safety box in four of the five bedrooms and Cable TV is provided in three of the bedrooms (two in the Villa and the Cottage bedroom). Please note the Hidden Villa and Hidden River Cottage can comfortably accommodate ten adult guests. If needed, we can also convert the upstairs living room area into a sixth bedroom with a double bed. This isn't such a bad option as the room has its own en suite. For additional guests beyond ten, we charge USD 50/per night (before Air BnB adds commission). If you are looking at peak season dates from 31 March 2018 to 2 April 2018, 24 July 2018 to 2 September 2018 and 22 December 2018 to 5 January 2019, there is also a peak season surcharge of USD 100 per night. Thus, the minimum price (for 10 guests) in Hidden Villa and Hidden River Cottage during these peak periods is USD 750 per night. Children aged two or under are free. Indonesian (nasi goreng) or English (eggs, bacon, toast, fresh fruit juice, tea/coffee, fresh fruit) breakfast is provided in the price as is daily room cleaning. Linen and towels are changed every three days. For personal laundry, there is a cheap and convenient service in the village. We can help organise that for you. Please also note, we do not have a back-up generator. This generally isn't a problem as power cuts are quite rare (we've only experienced two in the last 12 months).
