Guest house in Santa Rosa

We have taken the opportunity amid the Covid-19 down time to do a deep cleaning and repaint the entire interior of our guesthouse. Our guest house that overlooks the pool is cozy, comfortable and spacious. It is located within minutes of downtown Santa Rosa and a few blocks from a small shopping center. It's within the pleasant surroundings of both Sonoma and Napa Wineries. The space Our one bedroom guest house is approximately 725 sq ft. It is located on a one acre property, which is well maintained. It is detached from the main house which affords privacy. It is ideal for two people. It has one bedroom, a luxurious bathroom with large shower and a full kitchen. There is a spacious living room combined with the fully appointed kitchen. The bedroom has a queen size bed with built in closets. Flat screen televisions are located in the living room and in the bedroom. There are combination of wood and tile floors throughout. There is no on street parking, we have ample parking on our property. Guest access Guests will have access to the swimming pool, gas BBQ grill. We do use our pool with family and it is NOT exclusive to guests only. The Hot Tub is PRIVATE and only for family. There will also be a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates. It is heated with a solar blanket during the warm months of the year, USUALLY (depending on Mother Nature) May through early September. The pool is NOT CHILD SAFE. We also have a seasonal summer garden. We also have free range, organic fed chicken eggs upon request. Please don’t be shy about asking us for eggs. Other things to note Our guest house is not suitable for any events. Guests must be 25 years of age to rent the house. We do not allow pets of any kind, we try to keep it pet allergy free for our guest. No smoking.
