Come explore The space This beautiful home is located among the pines in Loch Lomond which began its development in 1948. The house is upgraded with a Viking stove/oven and stainless steel appliances. The many windows allows the sunlight to stream in while you relax and look out to the beautiful trees and wildlife. This home is very cozy, clean and has a lot of natural light. The outdoor deck is a great entertainment area with decorated nicely for reading ,dining with gas grill. Indoors has board games ,cards,desks, for work and comfortable front room for relaxing. Little House in the Pines has comfortable beds, nice linens and is decorated beautifully. It is nestled in a forested area, grocery store, pizza, hot springs, local farms, winery’s and brewery’s. Guest access Accommodates 4 comfortably. - 2 bedrooms - a queen bed, a double bed and a sofa sleeper - Fully-equipped kitchen - 3 *Night minimum required on observed HOLIDAYS including Summer And Holiday Season in 2024 - Washer/dryer located in laundry room - 2 night minimum - Internet with WiFi - The deck is furnished with plenty of seating and it’s a great spot for coffee, with a gas grill for BBQ provided -Only one small dog no larger then 25 pounds allowed (no cats). -For indoor dining there is a drop-leaf dining table in the living room, chair are located in the pantry - We are on a septic system, please flush only toilet paper. Personal hygiene items are to be thrown away. Other things to note Explore Lake County's many sites, State Parks, natural history museums and wine tasting, for the wine enthusiasts. * Chacewater Winery a must see in Kelseyville, they grow olives and press oil which is sold at the winery. * Lajour Winery has gorgeous views, while you sit on their back terrace sipping wine, imagine you are in Tuscany. *Boatique Winery, has restored antique boats, you can take a leisurely stroll admiring the boats while tasting wines. Take a look at Judy’s Guidebook below for many other suggestions. *Special Note if you like to swim Loch Lomond Road House has a great swimming pool right down the street , for a small daily fee you can swim , well worth the beautiful Inquire at store. If you enjoy a day of golf, there is Adam Springs golf course is a short distance away, or get a bite to eat at it’s beautiful new Restaurant. Kelseyville is a great shopping town with wine tasting and street tacos.A ride to Lakeport can be enjoyment for the entire family. Visit Clearlake, the largest natural lake in California, where you can enjoy boating or fishing and rent boats and jet skis in the Summer. Summer concerts at Library Park. Bring your chairs and pack a picnic, sit back and relax while listening to local bands. While in Lake County be sure to stop at a local bistro and enjoy lunch while taking in views of the Lake. Boggs State forest and Konocti State Trail are a short drive away and is popular for its hiking trail to the top where you can go to the fire lookout. You might even find diamonds while on your hike. Middletown has a variety of restaurants, shops and the C. Gibson Museum for you to enjoy. Located on the main street is Hardester Market for Grocery.Harbin Hot Springs for those who enjoy clothing optional is a natural hot spring internationally famous. You can also take a leisurely drive around the Lake and stop at Kelseyville, Upper Lake, Lucerne and other towns along the way. Hiking, Boggs Forest Mt.
