3rd Floor 2 BR, 2 T&B in front of Robinson's Mall

Conveniently located in the 3rd floor of a small building across the street from the Robinson's Xentro Mall (southwest corner/entrance) at 110 Salcedo Street, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur (center of downtown Vigan). Plenty of free parking. Just a 2 to 5 minutes walk away to Calle Crisologo, Crisologo Museum, Vigan Cathedral, the dancing fountain, Vigan City Hall, shopping centers, restaurants, local eateries, etc. Short ride to Baluarte, Hidden Gardens, Vigan Airport, beaches. The space The space you have chosen is in the 3rd floor. It has 2 bedrooms with 3 queen sized beds and 2 toilet and bath with hot showers (1 on each room). It has a kitchenette which also serves as a private TV lounge with 36" HD TV with cable and internet, a refrigerator, microwave oven, a 4-burner stove/oven (new), hot/cold water dispenser (mineral water provided), etc. Basic cooking wares are also available etc. If you don't see what you need we encourage you to ask our admin/host for assistance. Guest access The entire 3rd floor is assigned to you. The 1st floor is dedicated lounge and maybe be shared with guests in the 2nd floor (if occupied). The washer/dryer located at the back with water booster pump is for our Admin/Host use only. It is primarily used to wash and dry towels, bedsheets, blankets for use by our valued guests.
