Heidi onsite Cider/Wine/Brewery 10km from Denmark

Located on a working winery/cidery/brewery 10kms from Denmark WA. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Heidi is a semi detached chalet (there is a shared wall with our studio apartment) located on a 200 acre farm along with 2 other chalets, a cellar door, winery and cidery and other residential houses (owners). Set among the Karri trees Heidi has a lovely outlook down the valley - kangaroos will often graze in front of the chalet. Perfect hideaway for nature lover The space Heidi was the first chalet built at Turicum chalets in 1982. Constructed from weatherboard and granite stones sourced from the property it is full of charm and has all the quirks of an older building. Recently renovated to include new laminate flooring and painting throughout the living room and master bedroom. The main bedroom features a queen size bed and the second bedroom has bunk beds. Please note bunk beds are more suitable to children than adults. The bathroom has a shower, no bath as we are in rainwater. The living room has a gas heater to keep you warm along with tv and DVD player. Please note there is no wifi in the chalets. Self contained kitchen with all the essentials you need. Please remember we are self contained so if you use up all the provided items buy your own - we are not a serviced apartment. We are located in the bush so expect it to be quiet with only birds and animal noises and the crash of waves on a calm night. If you are scared of the dark or the occasional insect then perhaps we might not be for you Guest access The entire chalet Other things to note Our water is from our rainwater tanks so we ask guests to be mindful of their water use. Reception is best if you are on the Telstra network - throughout Denmark there are black spots if you are on the Optus network.
