This one-of-a-kind cabin is nestled among other unique lodges on 54+ acres of serene Missouri River Bottomland. Boone Monument Village is an authentically restored 1850s village that is home to two historic log cabins, one brick manor home, one stone cottage, and an assortment of wagons and tipis (yes they are sleepable!). The owners have been meticulous in their effort to provide modern comforts while still enabling guests with the opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of modern life. Every lodge is furnished with period-authentic antiques, and we are happy to give you a tour if you'd like one! I am on-site most days and can be reached by call or text at all times. Boone Monument Village is located in Marthasville, MO which is a quaint town smack dab in the middle of Missouri Wine Country. Enjoy Lake Creek Winery right next door, or take a drive to nearby Augusta for even more wineries. Bring your bike or take a hike on the Katy Trail, head into the town of Marthasville for a bite to eat at Philly's Pizza or Cori's Twin Gables, or drive across the river into Washington, MO to do some antique shopping, or to catch a movie! Boone Monument Village, located close to HWY 47/94 is easily accessible by travelers on Interstate 70 & 44 as well as HWY T and TT. A greeter will meet all guests upon their arrival. For guest & staff safety purposes, noise control and to preserve the esthetics of the historic village, motor vehicle access is only allowed for loading and unloading purposes. Parking for all vehicles is restricted to the large grassy field across from the red barn. Plenty of free parking is available irrespective of size of vehicle (RV's and motorhomes are welcome). Our biking or walking guests reaching us from the Katy trail, will easily spot the village from the trail (look for the red barn and red schoolhouse on the hill) and will reach us in minutes (the exit is at Boone Monument Road, half way between Marthasville and Dutzow). For our guests using E-bikes, we offer free exterior charging ports and lockable areas for bicycles if so desired. Lake creek winery is located next to us, but many other restaurants, wineries, parks, shopping and attractions are accessible within a few miles from the village, and are very easily accessible by car, motorcycle or RV.
