Old farmhouse of the 18th century completely renovated in a garden of 4000 m² with a large swimming pool. Located in a small village in a region rich in history; close to Fontainebleau (20 km), Moret/Loing or Provins (30 km) which are medieval cities to discover. Close to the ornithological reserve of Marolles sur Seine , and the nautical base So fun village. The space We rent weekly or monthly, a cottage located in a wing of an old 18th century farmhouse, in a very small village of Seine and Marne. Peace and relaxation assured. You will find local shops 5 minutes by car in Marolles-sur-Seine, a bakery, a tobacconist, a post office, a hairdresser and two restaurants. The house is equipped to accommodate a maximum of 15 people. The rate is on a 10-person basis. Extra people charged 25€/pers per night. The house has 6 bedrooms, 2 showers and toilet and a toilet , as well as 2 showers and an additional toilet accessible from the outside. Guests can also enjoy the 4000 m2 garden, rest in the shade of large trees or prepare a superb barbecue, enjoy the swimming pool or do a pétanque on the boulodrome. The garden and pool are common spaces.( indeed, my family and I live on site in another wing of this large building) . The swimming pool is not accessible at night . Swimming is not supervised; children should never be left alone in the pool. The pool is heated by the dome and wintered from mid-September to the end of April . WiFi Internet connection. You will have indoor parking accessible via Rue Bruno. Guest access The guest can park their vehicle at the indoor parking lot. The common areas are parking , the garden and the swimming pool. Rest assured that we'll do everything we can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Other things to note This cottage is very pleasant for couples or families but not recommended for infants or infants due to the pool or stairs. The beds in the bedrooms can be arranged as double or single beds on request ( except for the ground floor bedroom, which is a non-associable double bed) Two additional showers, and a sanitary facilities can be made available with outdoor access for large groups to facilitate their stay. Only people staying in the gite can benefit from the amenities . Access to people who do not stay in the cottage or party organization are not allowed. It is however possible to rent the reception room adjoining the cottage to organize wedding receptions. The capacity of this room is 120 people maximum . No pets allowed .
