Old farmhouse from the 18th century, completely renovated in a 4000 m² garden with a large swimming pool. Located in a small village in a region rich in history; close to Fontainebleau (20 km), Moret/Loing or Provins (30 km) which are medieval cities to discover. Close to the ornithological reserve of Marolles-sur-Seine, and the So Fun Village nautical base. The space We rent a gite located in a wing of an old 18th century farmhouse, in a very small village of Seine et Marne, by the week or month. Quiet and relaxing. You will find local shops a 5-minute drive away in Marolles-sur-Seine, a bakery, a supermarket, a tobacco shop, a post office, a hairdresser and two restaurants. The house is equipped to accommodate a maximum of 15 people. The rate is based on 10 people. Additional people are charged €25/person per night. The house has 6 bedrooms, 2 showers and toilets and a toilet, as well as 2 showers and an additional toilet accessible from the outside. You can also enjoy the 4000 m2 garden, relax in the shade of the tall trees or prepare a superb barbecue, enjoy the swimming pool or play petanque on the boulodrome. The garden and pool are common spaces. (Indeed, my family and I live on site, in another wing of this large building). The pool is not accessible at night. Swimming is not supervised; children should never be left alone in the pool. The swimming pool is heated by the dome and winterized from mid-September to the end of April. Wi-Fi internet connection. You will enjoy indoor parking accessible from Rue Bruno. Guest access The guest can park their vehicle in the indoor parking lot. The common areas are the parking lot, garden and pool. Rest assured that we will do everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Other things to note This cottage is very nice for couples or families but not recommended for babies or small children because of the pool or stairs. The beds in the bedrooms can be arranged as double beds or single beds on request (except the ground floor bedroom which is a non-separable double bed) Two additional showers, and a toilet can be made available with access from the outside for large groups to facilitate their stay. Only those staying in the gite can benefit from the amenities. Access to people not staying in the vacation rental or party organization is not allowed. It is however possible to rent the reception room adjoining the gîte to organize wedding receptions. The capacity of this room is 120 people maximum. No pets are allowed.
