Twelve on Albert, Beechworth - Suites

Boutique, historic hotel, originally a bakery. TWELVE on Albert suites are individually decorated. All four suites have an en-suite, king sized bed and tea/coffee making facilities, TV. Guests can enjoy the extensive beautiful gardens and includes seating on the verandah or gazebo. The guest lounge area which has a wood burning fireplace is used during the winter months. Rooms are suitable for one or two people. Only 4 rooms available. Free wifi available. Adult Only Venue. The space At Twelve on Albert each suite has a king sized bed and decorated differently with a different feature wallpaper. Access to the property and rooms is via front door where we have set up contactless entry. Each room will be directed individually how to access the property and their room. All rooms are key locked. We offer an adult only experience in a peaceful garden setting only 600m to town centre. To access the garden areas guest will need to go via the lounge area. Rooms do not have direct access to the garden. During the colder months we have a large and comfortable guest lounge area that is dedicated to the four rooms. This has many seating areas and a wood burning fireplace. On offer in the lounge area is a few items to purchase from a local supplier and local artist Judi the Stitcher. Her cards and other items are unique and beautiful. The rooms themselves all have a king sized bed, lovely linen, tea and coffee making facilities, wardrobe and a mini fridge with a mini bar. Each ensuite has a bath and a shower with one of the suites having a shower over the spa bath. Parking is available for each room with one under cover parking space for each room. Spaces are not designated to the rooms you are welcome to park in any vacant space. Guest access Guests have private rooms with en-suite. A large dedicated guest lounge area and they can use the verandah and gardens. Other things to note Please do not enter any closed and gated areas of the property. The owners keep chickens and do not want them put in harms way of traffic and getting lost or escaping.
