Hello :) I and my husband host this beautiful, family-friendly 3 BR Apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood of New York City. Subway station is only 3 blocks away. Manhattan is really 10 mins & Times Square is only 15 mins subway ride from the station. There are 3 actual rooms in this Apartment. Grocery Stores, Banks, Restaurants, Pizzeria etc are in walking distance. Fresh towels & basic toiletries provided. Perfect for a group of 5 or 3 couple. Laundry: with washer & a drier. Lasata’s home is located in Queens, New York, United States. It's 12 miles from John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) - about 30 mins in cab. It’s 6 miles from LaGuardia Airport (LGA) - about 15 mins in cab. It is a 3 Bedroom Apartment / Flat: Bedroom 1: Queen Size Bed & Sofa bed. Accommodates up to 2 Adults. Bedroom 2: Double Size Bed. Accommodates 2 Adults comfortably. Bedroom 3: King Size Bed and a daybed. Accommodates 3 Adults comfortably. Living Room: One 2-seater leather sofa, one 3-seater leather sofa and TV. (All 3 Rooms including living room have their own AC. It doesn't show in some pictures because we took the pictures in the winter) This is overall a perfect apartment for group of 7 or for a large family or for 3 couples. It is a 3 Bedroom Apartment with 1 bath, kitchen and living room. The apartment is very large and spacious. The Apartment that you are booking has a separate private entrance. It has a three private rooms with wide windows all three rooms. All rooms have a very comfortable mattresses and a proper beds. All 3 rooms are spacious and has wide windows. We just recently renovated this apartment so this is a brand new apartment. The apartment is baby friendly but not baby proof. Safety of the baby/kids is entirely parents'/guests' responsibility. There are no shared space in the apartment - You will have it ALL to yourself! Entire Apartment, Bathroom, Living Room, and a Kitchen during your stay. This is a smoke free apartment. Smoking area is at the back of the house. The neighbors are really friendly and welcoming so feel free to have a chat with them. You will have the fresh towels and linens for your stay. Laundry: Washer and drier are available. I and my husband we both are working professionals. We work during the week but are available to interact with you in the evenings and weekends. Also if needed you can reach us during office hours for anything urgent and important - we are just one message away. Sunnyside is a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood of New York City. The house is located on a tree line street in Sunnyside, Queens. Sunnyside is a very hip and cool neighborhood near Manhattan. I love my neighborhood. Times-Square, Grand Central Terminal, Central Park & Pen Station are only 15-20 mins Subway ride from here. You can enjoy a wonderful view of Empire State Building as you to and from the nearby Subway Station. The subway runs 24 hrs a day and 7 days a week. A single ride fare is only $2.75. A 7-day unlimited pass cost $31.00. If you think you are going to take more than 12 rides then you are better off getting a 7-day pass. Q67 Bus stop is in the same block at less than 2 mins walking distance. The same 7-day unlimited pass can be used for unlimited bus rides too. The house is easily accessed from the I-278 BQE highway too. A cab ride to Manhattan will take you about 10 to 15 mins at a fare of approximately $20.00 Sunnyside is becoming a popular filming spot for various Hollywood Movies. 2017 Spider-Man movie - Spider-Man: Homecoming was filmed in Sunnyside in September 2016. I am very glad to see quite a lot of visuals of my neighborhood Sunnyside in the Spider-Man: Homecoming!! JOHN F KENNEDY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT is only 30-35 mins cab ride from my home and it costs about $40 approximately in cab fare. Or from JFK you can just take Air Train (Fare: $6) to Sutphin Blvd in Jamaica and take the E Train (Fare: $2.75) from there to Jackson Heights and transfer to the 7 Train and get off on 40th st Station. LAGUARDIA AIRPORT is only about 10 to 15 mins cab ride from my home and it should not cost more than $20 in cab fare. You can find detail directions to get to my place once you complete the bookings. Sunnyside is a multi-cultural and one of the diverse neighborhoods of New York City. You will meet people from Latin America to Europe to Russia and Asia. You will see Latino, Europeans, Japanese, Koreans, Indians, Irish, Nepalese, Chinese, Turkish, Thai, and many other ethnicity living together harmoniously. Due to this ethnic diversity you can find many 5-Star rated restaurants, bars, pubs, diners and ethnic restaurants in the neighborhood. Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, McDonald, White Castle, Burger King, Super market, Deli, Grocery stores, clothing stores, pizza stores, nail salons, hair salons, Laundry and dry cleaning stores are all located within 4 blocks' radius from my house. Another great Sunnyside reference was in the first Spiderman movie, with Peter Parker was shot on 43rd with the #7 train rumbling behind him. The major banks like Bank of America, Chase bank and TD bank are also within like 10 mins of walking distance from my house. We are perfectly located if you are coming to see US Open in Flushing Meadow Park or any games in Citi Field Stadium. The 40th street #7 train station (3 blocks from my house) will directly take you there. It is 16 stops from my house. Another must see place near my house is The Gantry Plaza State Park. You will get to see a nice skyline view of Manhattan (See album for the pic). As you walk to and from my home you will get to see a nice view of The Empire State Building (See album for the pic). The number 7 train station is about seven to eight minutes of walking distance from here. This number 7 Train will take you to Time square in 15 minutes or less.
