The apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom, full kitchen, dining area and living area. One flight of interior stairs opens to a quaint reading nook. Upon entering the apartment you’ll see a living area with couch and two chairs, dining table with room for four, kitchen with large island/bar, and access to a private deck. Bathroom with shower is accessible off the hallway, and the two comfortable bedrooms are at the end of the hall. You can hear the ocean from the deck. The space Southside 3 is Wendy’s mother’s former apartment. Edith Stowe was an involved member of our community, and loved the village where she was born, raised, lived, and raised her children. She was a painter and her favorite color was the blue green that you’ll see throughout the space. We have kept a few of her touches, including her paintings. We hope you’ll feel at home and enjoy our relaxed way of life and southern hospitality. Guest access Guests use the entire apartment including large deck. There are three steps outside and only one flight of inside stairs. Other things to note Short walk to the beach, local deli, ice cream shop, nail/hair salon, jewelry store, and a convenient sidewalk to take in the whole village. Golf carts are available to rent in the village (message us for information about how to pre-book) and make getting to our local grocery store and fresh seafood restaurants a breeze. Enjoy watching the boats come in with their fresh catch of the day. At the end of the day, prop up your feet with your beverage of choice and listen to the waves crash on the beach while the sun sets over the sound side.
