Margaret River township with its many cafes and eating places is 3 Km away and an pleasant walk. Wineries, swimming and surfing beaches and many tourist attractions are nearby. The bushland setting means that the home retains privacy and a sense of being in the forest whilst being very convenient to town, beaches and wineries. A very comfortable home in a great location. This is not a "party" house. We have neighbours who appreciate their tranquility too. Excessive numbers of people and noise are not welcome. Accomodation Bedroom 1 - Queen size bed.
