The well-appointed kitchen is complete with updated cabinets and appliances, standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig, as well as a handy center island. You will discover the laundry room and half bath located in the garage. Accommodating up to 10 guests, Bedroom #1 is located on the 1st level, complete with a Queen bed, views of the ICW, and shares the full hall bath with tub/shower combo. Bedroom #2 could be considered the Master bedroom, located on the 2nd level, complete with a King bed, views of the ICW, private bath with tub/shower combo, with balcony access. Bedroom #3 is located on the 2nd level, complete with 2 Twin/Twin bunk bed sets (sleeps 4), and shares the full hall bath with bedroom #4 (tub/shower combo). Bedroom #4 is located on the 2nd level, complete with a Queen bed, and shares the full hall bath with bedroom #3 (tub/shower combo). On the outside you will appreciate the fenced-in back yard and large private pool for entertaining or playing outdoor games with the kiddos. Take your meals outdoors to dine on the back deck, complete with table and chairs.
