Eclectic 2 bedroom, 1 bath "treetop" apartment with rooftop deck access & amazing views! From the deck you'll have 360 degree views of the cliff tops of Zion Nat'l Park! There's a great kitchen & dining area for cooking & gathering with a pass through window looking into the living room. Two bedrooms, one with a king bed & one with a queen, as well as a queen size sofa sleeper. The bathroom has a vintage feel, awesome for those who like a nice soak after a day of exploring the Nat'l Park. Situated in the heart of Springdale, Utah and surrounded by amazing views of Zion National Park. This space comfortably fits 6 guests. There are 2 bedrooms with large, cozy beds and a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. A bright, white bathroom is perfect for getting cleaned up & ready after spending time in the park & around town. The dining room table is an ideal spot to gather for a "home away from home" cooked meal. The kitchen is well stocked with most necessities, however if you do find it to be missing something you need, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate! *If you need a crib/highchair or iron & ironing board - please contact us & let us know ahead of time the items you require so we can have them in your unit, ready to go for you.* There is access to a rooftop deck just outside the front door of the apartment where you can experience all the incredible 360 degree views of Zion National Park. Our backyard has beautiful gardens, outdoor seating, a firepit, alcoves and picnic areas for you & yours to enjoy! There is a shared laundry room on the north side of the main house & available for our guests to use anytime. There is convenient access to all the amenities you may need in town - take Big Springs Road north to SR-9, then east to find groceries, restaurants, gift and coffee shops, galleries, the post office & the south entrance to Zion National Park. Taking Big Springs road south connects you to Canyon Springs Road, near various hotels and will lead you to the Switchback "complex" which consists of 3 different restaurants, a large gift shop & a lovely little liquor store. Continuing south leads to a duck pond and the river, with access to the bike path. Go further west for additional restaurants, gift & rock shops, another gas station & a city park located near the river with even more trails. Our team of hosts are on-site &/or very close by and are available for any & all reasonable requests from our guests. Airbnb messenger is the easiest way to get through to us, unless we've exchanged personal phone numbers ahead of time! Amazing views of Zion National Park! Charming, quiet, unique neighborhood with various trees and gardens great for walking around & getting used to the area. Just minutes to shuttles, shops, coffee, restaurants, etc. We have on-site free parking & are within walking distance of the free public shuttle system for Springdale with connecting shuttles into Zion National Park. Private guest access and parking is just off Big Springs Road. It's just a short walk to the local shuttle stops for in-town Springdale service with connections to the shuttles inside Zion National Park. Please note that due to various circumstances involving where our property is located the internet connection can often be hindered. We are in a valley almost completely surrounded by tall hillsides, steep slopes and 2,000 - 4,000 ft. cliffs and peaks. The canyon also has temperature inversions in the morning and evening, as rock and air temperatures heat up and cool down at different rates. These changes can cause breezes & gusts that may move or damage dishes & other equipment. From time to time, we also have incredibly spectacular storms and thunder showers. While these are usually awesome to witness (soothing, cool breezes on warm summer days & nights, beautiful purple tones in the sky, and deep saturated red colors that seem to make the rocks glow), they can also wreak havoc on internet service and create power outages as well as cause flash flooding. If water accumulates around the unit, please exercise caution. If power outages occur or you experience internet issues, please be patient and let us know as soon as possible so we may do our best to solve the issues, provide help and give support. The usual fixes often help with internet issues and we will do everything within our power to keep you connected.
