Just 5 minutes from the mountains and 15-20 minutes to Denver. The house has been updated throughout and is in a convenient location. Feel free to use the outdoor patio with comfy couches and a gas burning fireplace. You will have a private upstairs bedroom/full bath. Your room has a 50” TV, board games, and a fridge/freezer, coffee maker, and microwave. The guest bedroom is the only bedroom upstairs. There is a private bath/shower. There is new carpet, paint, flooring throughout the house. The upstairs bedroom also has an in-room air conditioner for warmer months. You're more than welcome to use the kitchen - which has recently been updated to have all stainless appliances, granite counter-tops, and new cabinets. We have put a large mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in your bedroom. There is a 50” TV in the room. I include a binder of local recommendations for dining, hikes, day trips, etc. in the room. -Outdoor patio/couch -Kitchen -Upstairs Bedroom/Bathroom -Dining Room -Community Pool, Basketball Courts, Tennis Courts (Pool open summer months only) As minimal or as much as you would like. I do work from home and can be available for any questions you may have! This also applies to dogs. We realize some folks aren't dog lovers. The upstairs is kept hair free and the dogs will stay out of your space. There are lots of walking trails near the house. Right across the street is the Standley Lake Regional Park. This is where the sunset photos shown are taken. It's a residential neighborhood, so you will likely need a car or bike to get to coffee shops and stores. The neighborhood is maintained by an HOA and is very clean. The neighbors are all friendly. If you would like recommendations on where to walk or what to do, let me know! Car is best - but a lot of people bike here as well. There are several bus stops within walking distance if you need to travel without a car. We have two dogs (Waffles -3 years) and one german shepherd mix (Pickles - 5 years) - they are very friendly and are trained not to go in your room. We make every effort to make sure that your area is dog-hair-free. Because we have 2 dogs here, we are unable to accommodate any pets at this time and we thank you for your understanding.
