Our home resides in Page, AZ in Ranchettes Estates on a 2-acre plot of horse property. We have plenty of room for parking, a quiet neighborhood, spacious room due to size of lot. Breathe taking views in every direction, especially of the Vermillion Cliffs to the west from the back yard. Easy access to surrounding grocery markets, gas stations and restaurants all within a few minutes' drive. Popular attractions such as Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe bend are within 10-20 minutes. Our home offers privacy with a gravel driveway up to a concrete parking spot with a functional garage connected to the house. Natural Desert landscaping with a back yard patio set for those lovely Page sunsets equipped with a gas firepit, string lighting and a playground for the kiddos. The house interior has a modern homey feel. It is a two-story build with new tile, carpet, new appliances and up to date furniture. 2.5 baths. Free hi speed Wifi with 2 Samsung Smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee station for you coffee lovers. House is equipped with a security system and a newly installed HVAC for those cold winter mornings or those hot summer days. Guests have access to entire property, house and garage with the exception of crawl spaces and the 3rd bedroom storage closet. Please be courteous of neighbors, horse owners around the neighborhood and adhere to the 15MPH / 24KPH speed limit on all neighborhood roads. We take the comfort and solitude of your stay with us with the upmost importance. Call upon us time during your stay, we are happy to help. Laura & Rodney Very quiet neighborhood due to house and other homes in area are constructed on 2 to 3 acres plots. Our home sits off of road with a ‘round about entry and exit.’ Parking and layout in front of house easily accommodates boats and parking for large vehicles. Spacious layout free from side-by-side setup of traditional neighborhood homes. The backyard you will enjoy early morning lounging in the shade of the homes two story structure. In the evenings, you will enjoy an unobstructed view of Page Arizona’s spectacular sunsets. House is located near grocery stores, restaurants, within minutes to Antelope Canyon, Horsehoe Bend and our beloved Lake Powell. You will need your own transportation. Due to the natural desert landscaping, the Arizona desert has cactus and Yucca plants. Though we as host try to keep weed growth down to a minimum around the immediate vicinity of the house. The high Arizona desert has weeds that produce small thorns that get imbedded into the sand and would advise guest wear shoes or sandals while outside the house as well as takeoff shoes/sandals while in the house.
