'Matilda' is fabulously located for the family getaway, with beautiful views of Lake Jindabyne. The space Welcome to Matilda! Nestled in the heart of Jindabyne, 'Matilda' is a gorgeous home boasting comfortable furnishings and breath taking views of Lake Jindabyne. The house has been freshly painted and is fully self-contained, featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two private parking spaces. With the capacity to sleep nine guests comfortably, it is the perfect holiday home for families and friends seeking adventure or relaxation. The first bedroom features a queen bed, a walk-in robe, and an en suite, while the second bedroom has a queen bed and built-in robes. The third bedroom is perfect for children, with a tri bunk and a bunk bed. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and walk-in pantry. The newly decorated open plan living/dining area features a new lounge and dining setting, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The gas heater and ceiling fans ensure a comfortable stay throughout all seasons. The floor to ceiling windows make the most of the stunning lake views, opening out to the wrap around deck. The full laundry is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and an extra fridge, just in case. For family entertainment, the house is equipped with games, free Wifi, a digital television, video, and DVD player. BBQ facilities are located out back with a yard, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Please note: The property is accessed via a steep angled driveway, which may require some caution when entering and exiting. Stair access is required for entry into the home, we can offer access to the stair lift if required for qualifying guests. Additionally, there is a private studio located underneath the house with its own separate entrance. 'Matilda' is just a short five-minute walk from Jindabyne Town Centre and a 30-minute drive to either ski resort. Whether it's a summer or winter holiday, 'Matilda' is the perfect property for your next family getaway. This property is 'Not Pet Friendly' Guest access Access to our properties is via a door code, lockbox or key pick up from our office. You will be sent check-in details via SMS and Email on the day of your arrival when the property is ready for you. Once you have booked you will receive a copy of our digital compendium which provides information on where to arrive and what to do in the wonderful Snowy Mountains. We give our guests the space they need and are available when required. For any further assistance, questions or inquiries please contact our office between 9 am - 5 pm or for an emergency outside of these hours please call the afterhours phone number provided at check-in. Other things to note Keep in mind that all bookings are subject to the Conditions of Tenancy, which can be found in the House rules section (you might need to click "Show more"). Please note: As a software-connected host, we are authorised by Airbnb to process this bond outside the platform. Completion of our online registration form is required before check-in details can be provided. A security bond of $500 will be processed on the day of your arrival by the managing agent. Your bank will hold these funds as a pre-authorisation and will be released back to your account 7-10 days after being processed, as long as there is no claim against your reservation (you will be informed if a claim is made). This property sleeps a maximum of 9 people including children and infants. Please be aware that you are booking private accommodation, not a hotel. As a result, we do not provide daily on-site housekeeping and have limited availability for additional or replacement items like pillows, blankets, or toilet paper. Our properties are fully self-contained and all linen & towels are included. A small starter pack of detergent, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper & garbage bags are supplied to begin your visit. You will need to bring more of these items or buy locally if you are here for more than two nights. Check-in time is 4pm during Winter. We understand that this may not be ideal, but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate earlier check-ins during busy periods. Lastly, we highly recommend guests to purchase appropriate travel insurance for their trip. Travel insurance is not just for international trips and can provide coverage for lost or damaged luggage, Covid-19 amendments, cancellation costs, medical expenses, and more.
