If it is found that smoking in the above places, the management company has the right to request a fine of 15,000JPY as the fee for the removal of smoking smell. If it is found by cleaning company after check-out that there will be found the payment as well. If you have a need for smoking, please go to the outdoor door on the 1st floor.
