This means that the price would change and be lower for 1 guest versus 16. This makes the place reasonable if one or two people want a small getaway! Guest access You have access to the house, the backyard, the hot tub, the grill, hammock, and the list goes on! Essentially, everything listed as an amenity on this listing, you can access. Also, the driveway is pretty long, so there’s room for 4-5 cars (depending on how you park). Street parking is also available. Other things to note Please, no smoking or pets. Please note that there is just one bathroom at the house, which is on the first level. If your group size exceeds 7, timing with showers and the available hot water could be limited if all showers are taken back-to-back. We do offer multiple “stations” for getting ready in the morning (check out bedroom vanities and mirrors).
