Hot Water PSA:** If your crew is bigger than 8, the shower situation becomes a high-stakes game of strategy—like *Survivor*, but with towels. 🚿🔥 The hot water *will* run out if everyone back-to-backs their showers, so rotate wisely (no hogging). If you plan to make a fire, bring your own firewood. Supervise at all times. Pro tip: Spread out with our extra vanity "stations" (bedroom mirrors = prime prepping real estate). Experience the beauty of nature in this lovely home, featuring outdoor furniture that perfectly blends with the surroundings. A majestic tree invites birds and adds to the serene atmosphere, though it also brings some natural elements like fallen leaves and branches. While we strive to keep the area clean, please note that a 24/7 cleaning crew is not available to manage every leaf or bird dropping. 😆 Late Checkout Policy: Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late checkouts may incur a $50 fee for the first 30 minutes, $100 after 60 minutes, and additional charges if the delay impacts cleaning or an arriving guest. Please request a late checkout in advance, and we’ll accommodate it whenever possible.
