Cozy, spacious and well-equipped cabin lying at the foot of the fell Yllästunturi in Ylläsjärvi Palovaara area. The space The spacious kitchen, dining area and big living room offer nice facilities to spend time together. There is all necessary kitchen equipment for making food, even for a larger group. There are three bedrooms in the cabin, two have double beds and one have two bunk beds. Total area is 104² m plus 17 m² small loft. The small loft offers two more beds. There are steep stairs to the loft, however the stairs can be blocked by a gate offered. The cabin has an electric sauna , which can be timed to wait for return from outdoor activities. Two showers offer comfort to sauna session. A spacious hallway for several shoes and overalls and a drying area for shoes and overalls make your vacation easy and comfortable. Two toilets, washing machine and tumble dryer help with practical holiday arrangements. The terrace offers possibilities to enjoy beautiful landscapes during the snowless period. There is also a shared hut located in the area. The cabin has child equipment; e.g. travel bed, high chair for a baby and potty. In addition, kicksled, sleds and toys. Other equipment includes TV, DVD/CD player, 2 x fridge/freezer, hairdryer, iron and board and WLAN. The internet connection also enables remote-working at the cabin. The village of Ylläsjärvi is 2,5 km away, there is a grocery shop, gas station, swimming beach, playground and fireplace in the village. Restaurant and souvenir shops are located near Ylläsjärvi village and ski lifts. There is also a spa and a gym in connection to the hotel Saaga. Hotel Saaga is located right next to the ski slopes. Final cleaning is included in the prices. Bed linen are not included, but they can be rented separately. One (1) pet allowed. Additional pet fee. Other things to note Bedsheets and towels can be rented for additional fee of 25€ per person Please NOTE that during Christmas & New Year and in February-April the cottage is only rentable for a minimum period of one week from Saturday to Saturday.
