Waterpark Acres

Waterpark Acres offers a unique country experience to relax with spectacular views from the balcony. You have complete privacy in this separate building. No other rooms are rented out while you are here. See farm animals ( horses, llama's, dogs, sheep, pheasants and other birds. Also some out of the ordinary animals including kangaroos, lemurs, kinkajou's, parrots etc. ) Please note : WEDDING EVENTS are not hosted on this property The space The accommodation is about 1450 sq. ft. A main bedroom with a queen bed. Second bedroom has separate entrance now with a double and 2 single beds ( the one single is a loft bed) . One large washroom. ( Another washroom on the main floor is also available to use ). The main living area is a Kitchen/dining and sitting/tv room with a pullout sofa . An overhead loft space in this area can be used for 2 people to sleep ,ages 12 and up. Ideal for families or groups. Children are always welcome. For the best experience, we recommend no more than 7 adults plus children/teens. using this space but exceptions can be made for up to 10. A private country experience. Pets are not kept in this building, only other buildings on the property. Take note that this space is on the second story of the building ( 2/3rd of the second floor ) and requires going stairs. We also reside on this property in a separate house about 150 feet away. Guest access The space covers 2/3 of the second story in the building. Access to the space is from the outside stairway when weather permits. In winter, the inside stairway is used. Outside space is always accessible on our 9 acre property with 4 hole golf course, horseshoe pit, trails, ponds, barns and animals to enjoy Other things to note Pond on the grounds is very accessible so parents need to be responsible for their children. Children NEED to be supervised at all times by parents or an assigned adult. You will sign a agreement that use of whole property is at your own risk. Fire pit is available upon request. Firewood is here for your use. Explore Fergus, Elora and surrounding area, all within a 10- 20 minute drive.
