With free parking outside and easily accessible without the need of a lift, this apartment is the ideal stay for a safe and nice holiday and at a very competitive price. The space The property comprise of 2 bedrooms but can accommodate 6 people with a comfortable sofa bed in the dining area. The main bedroom is large and equipped with a king size bed, wifi, usb charging points, luggage rack, wardrobe with extra pillows and blankets, long mirror, chest of drawers and a coin operated air condition. Bathroom has a large shower complemented with free toiletries, mirror with lights on sink, towel rack and rails, anti slip floor tray, vanity unit and heating (winter season). The kitchen/dining/living area is equipped with a nice wooden looking kitchenette that includes sink, gas hob, electric oven, kettle, toaster, tea/coffee facilities, freezer and refrigerator, microwave, hood, pantry, remote operated fan, dining table with 6 chairs, tv with cable stations and a sofa bed (sleeps 2). The second bedroom comprises of a large wardrobe with extra pillows and blankets, 1 or 2 beds (2nd bed drawer) and a coin operated air condition. The backyard consists of a large entertaining area that includes a table and 6 chairs, a nice planter with plants and herbs, gas bbq, awning and a laundry section equipped with a washing machine and detergents and cleaning utensils. The backyard is the only smoking area of the entire apartment. Guest access Parking is free everywhere between white parking bays but not in front of private garages. All best amenities are accessible by walking distance.
