Charming 4* property with large pool

Come and stay in our beautiful holiday home located in the Golden Triangle of Périgord Noir, 7 minutes from the center of Sarlat. The house has 4 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room and a large kitchen. It can accommodate up to 12 people. The various pleasant outdoor spaces will allow you to rest and entertain yourself. You can stroll through the 5000 m² wooded park and have fun or relax with the private 12*5 heated pool The space The house is spacious and offers different living spaces allowing several families to have a good vacation without being on top of each other! Inside, KITCHEN So that you can cook in the best conditions in the very large new kitchen of 28 m2, very well equipped (5-burner stove and large new oven (2022) large new fridge (2023) microwave, new dishwasher (2021), you will have a set of pots and pans of all sizes, several cutting boards, knives and utensils of all kinds including the essentials of the region: nutcracker, foie gras wire and truffle grater! Many appliances are at your disposal: citrus press, food processor, immersion blender, potato masher, pressure cooker, pancake maker, fondue set, raclette… will allow you to share good moments of conviviality when preparing meals. The large dining room with its 3-meter-long table allows comfortable meals for 12 people with its white porcelain service, stemware and serving dishes. Living room side, you can take a seat in the 26 m2 separate living room in its large ultra comfortable vintage leather armchairs, or in one of its two sofas to put the world to rights or play with friends with board games (Scrabble, rumikub, blanc manger coco, poker, cards, mastermind…) or to immerse yourself in a book from its large library or in front of the TV equipped with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Upstairs, the 4 bedrooms, with new bedding (2020), the laundry room, shower room and the bathroom refurbished in 2022 are served by a large hallway. Outside, the completely enclosed courtyard of about 400 m2 has a relaxation area with two large sofas and armchairs with darts and a separate dining area, both are covered and allow you to be in the shade during the day and sheltered in the evening. The large barn houses the ping pong table for wild games! The fully enclosed pool area for the safety of the little ones has stunning views of the valley with sometimes a few deer in the meadow for the early risers and lucky ones. The wooded park with trampoline and petanque court is very nice for a relaxing moment to the sound of the wind in the bamboos. Guest access The pool is open and heated from the end of May/beginning of June to mid-September. Other things to note For babies, we provide a travel crib, a playpen, a high chair, a changing mat, a bathtub, a potty, a play mat and a babycook upon request.
