This single storey cottage has two bedrooms both with queen size beds, flat screen TV's and ceiling fans. The home features two separate living areas, the south facing lounge room spills out onto the beautiful deck and has views across the bay of Lake Macquarie. The Lounge area is equipped with flat screen TV, Foxtel, DVD player. The second living area adjoins the modern kitchen and is at the rear of the house and has a double sofa lounge. Next to the second living area is a full laundry with Washing Machine, Dryer, and Ironing facilities. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with Microwave, Dishwasher, Tea and Coffee and all the modern kitchen gadgets. Sun, Surf, Fish, Golf or Relax Sit back, relax and enjoy the tranquillity of the lake as the Ducks and Pelicans pass by or hit the Golf course for a round Golf at the beautiful Belmont Course. Launch the boat at the public boat ramp and head off to get the catch of the day ready for that afternoon BBQ as you take in the beautiful summer sunsets. The property is conveniently located only 5 minutes drive from beautiful Blacksmiths Beach, or an easy 5 minute walk to Belmont Golf Club. Shopping facilities are available at either Belmont or Swansea. The cottage can accommodate up to 6 adults (2 queen beds and 1 double sofa) . All bedding linen and towels are provided.
