Beach House @ James Well - Amazing Water Front Views - Very Relaxing ☀️

Come to the quieter side of life, soak up the spectacular 180 degree views of the sea and take long leisurely walks on the beach. This quintessential 'Beach House @ James Well' is ideal for a summer beach holiday or a cosy winter getaway. Just south of Ardrossan and ideally positioned as a base to explore the Yorke Peninsula, or pop something in the slow cooker for dinner and 'while away the time' reading a book or relaxing. Activities include swimming, fishing, crabbing, walking, books, board games and puzzles. We have table tennis, cricket bat, kites and Bocci. Fishing Rods and Crab Rakes. Indoor activities include: 2 x TV's and a Wii console with a selection of games. There is a shelter shed on the beach which is the perfect spot to hang out for some beach time fun and relaxation. Spacious outdoor living areas, BBQ and clothes line. The well appointed kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and stock pot for cooking crabs. Our local shopping precinct at Ardrossan has many food options to ensure your needs are met, including cafes, hotels, bakery and fast food outlets. Drake's Supermarket is open 7 days per week (except 3 days per year) allowing you to shop when you arrive. Refer to their website. Stock up on groceries, hang out at the beach house and enjoy the surrounds. James Well/Rogues Point has a tidal boat ramp. Ardrossan has a larger boat ramp facility which accommodates all tidal movements. Fully self contained, the beach house has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 7 people (maximum 6 adults).
