The property is located less than 2 km away from the center of Seillans (accessible on foot by an old road with very little traffic). The villa sits on an ancient olive grove and is filled with old charming olive trees. The property offers a pretty garden with an outdoor 12-metre-long flat-bottomed swimming pool with a comfortable staircase allows you to swim pleasantly, exercise and cool off during the summer days.
