Casa Luna Del Mar has a private second floor for guests. The first floor is shared with the owner. Perfect for interns at NASA and people in transition or on work assignments. Located just minutes from NASA, the Kemah Boardwalk, Clear Lake bay, shopping, restaurants, and a medical center. It is 30 minutes to Galveston and 1 hour to Houston. Owner works from home, but maintains a minimal presence so that guests can feel as if the home is their own. The space You will have the full upstairs space – including a bedroom, with a Queen-sized bed and closet space; a sitting room with cable TV; a balcony; and your own private bathroom with a tub/shower. Your comfortable bed (featuring a brand new mattress as of August 2021) will have fresh pillows, sheets, and blankets. Guest access Guests can park in the home's driveway and use the front door to the house. During your stay I work from home, and I will be available most days to answer any questions that guests may have. Other things to note Guests will have access to a washer and dryer, along with full use of the kitchen, which is well stocked for people who like to cook. Wi-Fi and off-street parking are also available.
