In winter, snuggle up in front of an open wood fireplace (firewood not supplied), or switch on ducted gas heating for instant warmth throughout the whole house. To stay cool in summer, Master bedroom has a split system airconditioner, and the lounge/kitchen are cooled with a ceiling fan & small aircon unit. The property is fully fenced, so you can let the children play safely outside. Security flyscreens on doors and flywire on windows. 1 car space within property fence line. Although pets are not allowed inside the house, if you need to bring a small pet along, we ask that you first check with the owner. There is an undercover semi-enclosed alcove section at the rear of the house for your pet to sleep out of the weather.
