We offer our family apartment for rent a few weeks a year. Enjoy the views of the Port du Rosmeur, the Marin shelter, the beaches and all amenities within walking distance in this 120 m2 apartment. Kitchen is Fully stocked. One bathroom, with bath and shower. Two double bedrooms, two junior bedrooms and one baby bedroom. We provide our 2-seater Sea Kayak. Ideal for 2 couples with children, 6 adults maximum. The space The accommodation is located on the port of Rosmeur with a perfect location: in the heart of the port but slightly isolated from restaurants and noise. The advantages without the inconveniences. Guest access Parking around the apartment is free. The building has an inner courtyard for laundry in particular and a locked room where you can safely store bicycles, strollers, paddles, etc. Other things to note Please respect the peace and quiet of our neighbors. The building is very quiet but the insulation is that of a 1960s apartment: no parties allowed. Following disturbances and despite the trust we had given, we will no longer validate a request to stay for groups of young adults: each time our neighbors and their young children have been disturbed.
