Guest access The entire Parlor floor (2nd floor) aptmnt is yours. Other things to note As we do long term stays only, we require the aptmnt to be cleaned ever 2 weeks by our cleaning lady. The $160 charge will be shared between us and the guest 50/50. The last cleaning is included in the booking fee.
