The place is located in a perfect, quiet old town area in Bratislava, very near the main bus station ( 5 min. walking) as well as the train station ( 10 min. by taxi, bus ) in the heart of the city. 10 min. walking distance to Nivy or Eurovea shopping mall for all convenient shopping or Danube river walk. The house itself is over 100 old brick house marked a monument with atmosphere - but freshly renovated. The apartment is new, approx.9 years old flat built into attic with an awesome view. The space There is one bed with an orthopedic mattress, one bathroom, TV with YouTube, Netflix, Spotify, wifi, towells, shampoo, coffee and tea available for the guests. Please note: it is on the 5th floor with no lift , great view and calm sleep guaranteed though! There is a painting wall created by a local artist Ahart presenting Water element. The flat has a unique artistic design in general with an Atmosphere:) Guest access Living/sleeping room, kitchen, bathroom. The whole appartment is meant to be for the use of guests only- except of a little room next to the corridor ( not rented ).
