A modern and stylish 4 bedroom/ 2 bathroom house affords generous views of the surrounding countryside from inside and from decking on 3 sides. There is also a private outdoor bath that you can enjoy views of the surrounding countryside from. and listen to the cows, birds and frogs! The house is surrounded by beautifully landscaped native gardens which attract many birds close to the house. It is an ideal property for bird watching. The house is situated on an 160 acre working sheep farm. There is ample room for for children to play outside, a badminton court, mini soccer field and Boules and Finska. . Visitors can enjoy a short walk to Rushy Creek and Rushy Creek Dam. All linen is included in the cost. Pets are not allowed, however, Leeuwin Kennels are 2 kilometres away and can be contacted on .
