Guest suite in Modesto

Our place is close to Yosemite National Park (2hr drive), San Francisco (1.5hr drive), Sacramento (1.5hr drive), Carmel and Monterey (2.25hr drive) and the Napa Valley (2hr drive). You’ll love the quiet and peaceful neighborhood - it's very relaxing and private. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and small groups. We have a pool and hot tub you're welcome to enjoy. The space We have an upstairs area with 3 rooms and a bathroom shared among guests up there. This area is accessed through the rest of the house. We have a downstairs suite with 2 rooms and a bathroom. This suite has its own private entrance from the backyard. We have these as upstairs and downstairs on AirBnB but we often host groups of 10 between the two spaces. Just ask! A very simple breakfast (cereal, milk, fruit, coffee) is included. Guests are invited to have breakfast in the backyard patio, al fresco. Kitchen access is not included. Guests have access to the pool and hot tub in the backyard. Note that the pool isn't heated, except by the sun, so the temperature varies based on how warm it is outside. It's great for cooling down on hot days! The spa is heated and we are happy to show you how to turn it on.
