Private Entrance Room on Waterfront Property

Waterfront home on Gerard Drive has a room available for you! The tile floored room has a queen size bed and private bath. Enhanced cleaning practices in place due to the Covid-19. Owner occupied, the property has expansive footage on Gardiner's Bay. 2 night minimum required, 3 night minimum on major holiday weekends (Memorial, July 4 and labor Day). Interested in biking, long walks, swimming or just gazing into water? Then this place is for you! The space The 15 x 20 foot room has A/C, private bathroom, queen sized bed, futon, small table, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig Coffee machine and TV. Guest access You may walk about the property (except the gated area) and use the waterside and fireplace chairs. Please park in right hand side of driveway. You enter the room thru sliding glass doors near the driveway. Pull hard. During your stay I live on the property and work during the day. I will always be available by phone. Other things to note This is a quiet, nature loving area of Springs. Please respect my policy of no smoking. There are 2 cats on the premises and one dog. Bring your own beach towels, if possible. You have the use of 2 beach chairs to bring to local beaches. 3 night minimum on Memorial, July 4th and Labor Day weekend. No smoking/electronic cigarettes in room or on property.
