The cottage is located in a well-kept holiday home park in the North Hessian mountains. With its almost opaque property, the house is on the lake side. From here it is only about 600 m to the beach. Other things to note The very well maintained and very tastefully furnished cottage offers enough sleeping accommodation for families with 3 bedrooms. A climate splitter in winter heats the house and can cool down in summer. Furthermore, the house is stocked with various accessories that convey stylish coziness, so that you feel immediately comfortable when entering the house. The property is planted all around and therefore almost opaque in summer when it's green. On the ground floor is the entrance with wind trap and wardrobe as well as the spacious living room with fireplace. From there you can access a beautiful gallery with kitchen, bathroom as well as a guest toilet and a bedroom with double bed. Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with 2 separate beds. In addition, a large balcony invites you to relax upstairs and a beautiful terrace underneath on the ground floor. Both bedrooms in the DG each have their own balcony access (south). From here you can let the views wander over the entire holiday park. The shower room is timelessly bright.
