Main Entrance to the property is at the top level. Two comfortable double en-suite bedrooms are located on the top floor. These open on to a large deck and enjoy spectacular sea and local area views. Both roomy en-suite bathrooms are stylishly fitted out. The master bedroom's bathroom not only has an elegant bathtub and big shower place, but also has a dedicated make up station. The toilet is equipped with intelligent toilet seat cover. 2. On the middle level is the spacious open plan living room with fully fitted kitchen and dining area. Large sliding doors open on to a good sized deck with an invitingly cool outdoor lounge area and led illuminated infinity pool – a per-fect place from which to enjoy the expansive sea views, stunning sunrise and Plai Laem Temple. 3. The bottom level has a self contained two en-suite bedrooms with a kitchenette, washing machine, living area, independent entrance and a small deck area with outdoor table and chairs. Parking is available at both 1 and 3 floor. Utilities: As you may know The energy on this beautiful island is quite precious. We provide free water and 10kwh electricity per night( for the short term rental- booking less than 4 weeks). Extra electricity will be charge at 8 baht/kwh to avoid waste of the power. Guest access Some frequently asked questions: 1. We also work with local agents to take both short and long term bookings. That's why we don't have many reviews. 2. The reason we charge electricity fee on top of the rent: we used to facing the situation a lot that guests were a bit careless about electricity usage- keep aircon on when they are out, open the windows and doors when ac are on. We believe that everyone cares more if they are responsible for their own usage. So we seperate the electricity cost from the rent. It has been working well. Power cuts in Koh Samui The infrastructure in Samui cannot be compared to those big cities and towns. Power cuts or unstable power surge can happen especially during the heavy wind/rain. As for the internet, we use the highest speed the service provider can offer. Sometime it may have signal interruption, especially when power surge in the area. Other things to note * Utilities: The energy on this beautiful island is quite expensive. We provide free water and 10kwh electricity per night. Extra electricity will be charge at 8 baht/kwh to avoid waste of the power. Just remember to close air-con when leave the house for fun. Villa manager will read the meter on check-in and check-out time. Booking of 28 nights or more has no free water & electricity due to its higher discount. Electricity and Water is 8 & 90 baht per unit, respectively. *Cleaning: Free cleaning and changing towels/linens every 7 nights. No free cleaning and changing towels/linens for booking of 4 weeks or more due to its higher discount. Extra cleaning/laundry can be provided as extra service. *There's construction ( normally from 9am to 5pm) in the hill we locates. The impact was already reflected in the rate. * No durian, no smoking inside. Or we need to charge 5000 baht to pay for the smell removal for next guest. * please avoid using the pool right after apply sunscreen. Some cream has the chemicals that can make the pool murky.
