An opportunity to live in one of two apartment lofts located in a 2-unit Historic Downtown Harrisburg Row House. You will be randomly assigned your loft at time of booking. Located in the trendy SOMA neighborhood steps from the Amtrack/Greyhound station, the PA State Capitol, Strawberry Square, downtown hotels, the riverfront and restaurant row. The space The downstairs loft is a commercial space previously a hair salon that was converted into a tiny home. The stunning mural from the salon was preserved during the conversion and is the highlight of your kitchen and the space. The upstairs loft is full of sunny spaces, large windows and skylights. Both units have full kitchens with a fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, sink and a Keurig style coffee maker. A full-size laundry room is in the back of the units. Guests are required to fill out online/digital registration form, submit a picture of a government ID and digitally sign a Rental Agreement 7 days before check-in or immediately after booking if less than 7 days before check in. Discounts for booking direct on the BurgBnB website. Guest access You will have full access to your assigned unit. The front door and vestibule will be shared with the other unit. After you complete the mandatory registration for your stay you will be provided an access code. which can be used to open the front and your apartment door. Your door locks automatically after closing.
