The Loft is located in a quiet neighbourhood a few streets away from the bustle of tourists exploring and mingling with locals... and the last few fishermen on the east river. Our Kitchen is the heart of the space, feeding not only stomaches but mindful conversations. The warmth extends in to the living room, with a large projection surface, bar and reading corner. You'll have access to the roof deck, with its own picnic table and summer sun! On the topic of food, our Kitchen is stocked with every utensil imaginable and the commercial oven and espresso machine are ready when you are. Greenpoint is a cute, quiet and safe neighborhood. It has a small town vibe, quaint and bustling bars, restaurants, and independent shops. You'd live a walk away from the craziness of Williamsburg, a bridge away from Astoria and beside the customary Subway, you'll be steps away from the East River Ferry. Most of downtown and midtown Manhattan is about a 20min commute away. The Upper East and West Sides, including Central park are about 30min away via Subway. Citibikes are located across the street and all around New York, so renting a bike is a great way to get around.
