Sea view studio

The building is located opposite the Océarium, a 5-minute walk from the city center, all amenities and 30 minutes from the TGV station. Private parking is included in the reservation From the residence you have direct access to the beach. The studio is on the 2nd floor, you can access it by an elevator. Due to the narrow entrance with a step, the studio is not accessible to people with disabilities and wheelchairs. The main room includes a 140 cm convertible sofa, a kitchenette, a table and 4 chairs, a sideboard, a wardrobe and a coffee table. Next to the main room is a spacious bathroom with a toilet area. You will go up to the mezzanine by a cabin ladder. The mezzanine includes 2 independent 90 cm beds with 2 bedside tables. . Through the window you can contemplate the magnificent view of the ocean with, among other things, its splendid sunsets.
