1st story private guest suite in Gilbert. Attached to the main house with its own private entrance from the front door, The Farmhouse offers a cozy yet luxurious living space. With 'hotel-like' amenities along with a cozy home feeling you can have it all here in this newly built community. Enjoy walks in the community park as well as take a dip in the community Olympic sized lap pool to cool off from the Arizona sun. Value, efficiency, and charm at its finest! The space Enjoy amenities such as a premium Keurig coffee (hot or iced) maker, mini fridge and freezer, microwave, 55-inch Roku TV (with Netflix, Hulu, ESPN, Prime Video, Disney +), counter-height table & chairs for eating, and top of the line hotel towels, bedsheets, and even silk pillowcases! We provide cereal and instant oatmeal at the beginning of your stay. No expense was spared to make this room PERFECT for YOU! Guest access The Farmhouse Suite is located at the very front entrance of the house. It is separated from the main house by a 9 foot, double sided locked solid exterior door(white color and not black like pictured). You'll have access to your own private room, hallway space with coffee, mini refrigerator and freezer, microwave, and extra storage space, and a full sized bathroom. You'll also have access to the community playgrounds, sports courts, grass/park area, and giant lap pool. Pool is not heated and access is limited during the winter months. Keys to the pool are on the hook to your left when you enter the door. Other things to note The main living area and kitchen of our tenants reside on the other side of the door. It is a Roommate share situation and they are very nice. You may occasionally see them as they enter the garage to the main home while you park in guest parking. Please do not park in the driveway or block the garage! Pool towels not provided
