The space Our exclusive and private terrace will be the perfect setting for your evenings, if you decide to relax at home sipping an aperitif or dining overlooking the silent "baglio" belonging to the building and admiring the rooftops of the historic center and the illuminated domes of the Massimo theater and the Olivella church. You'll only need to take a few steps, however, if you want to dive into the warm evenings of Palermo's nightlife. Guest access Casa15indici is accessed from the common entrance of an elegant building, a recently renovated historic residence, along a corridor without stairs. Our residence is on the second floor and is conveniently accessible by elevator. Inside, Casa 15indici is spread over two levels, has an internal staircase that allows you to reach the living area, kitchen and terrace. The apartment, completely independent, has a shared entrance with another mini apartment we own, which is also totally independent. Other things to note To get to Casa 15indici from the airport you can take the bus or train. We recommend taking the bus, which has a stop right in front of our house (50 meters) at the bus stop in Via Roma, near the Rinascente shopping, and is also convenient and cheap. For guests arriving by car, it is important to know that Casa15indici, being in the historic center, is located in the area subject to limited traffic (ZTL) from Monday to Friday from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday during the day traffic is free. Traffic passes are on sale in the most common businesses in the area.
