We can only accommodate up to two guests in this room. PLEASE READ: Check in is only available after 3pm. Due to Covid and the extensive sanitary measures we are taking, early arrivals will not be granted admittance to the property. We host Catskill Cocktail Club every Friday in the backyard of the inn from 5-11pm, which features craft cocktails and a rotation of local food vendors. It is important to note that we play music throughout the inn and grounds during this time, for those who are sensitive to noise please do not book with us. For those who like music and fun, please join us for a great time!! We have a beautiful panoramic barrel sauna available for use on grounds for a $45 fee per 45 minute session. This cost includes up to two people from the same party in the sauna. Why do we have to charge a fee? Because electricity, maintenance and cleaning! Thank you for understanding. No outside alcohol is allowed. We have alcohol available for purchase on site. Evidence of outside alcohol will result in a fee. Each room is double occupancy (the nightly rate includes two people). Extra people, including infants and toddlers, will incur a $35 per night, per person fee. Located inside of our turn of the century farmhouse, these queen sized rooms are uniquely and individually outfitted with antiques and period appropriate decor. All Farmhouse Queen rooms have private, attached en-suite bathrooms, and come with shared access to the rest of the house (featuring a Library, Tea Room, and an 8 Seat Tavern) and property grounds (featuring a small Petting Zoo, Pond, 15 acres of hiking trails, organic vegetable garden, and firepits in our sunken fieldstone garden space). Other things to note - Our nightly fee is inclusive of local occupancy taxes. - This is a small working farm! Meaning you will see and hear the occasional roaming goat, chicken, or barn cat.
